Transcription and search results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or available at all times. Maintenance, system updates, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverBridge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SilverBridge AI for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
