Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.3. Your video content and metadata are protected at every stage.
Secure Infrastructure
Our platform runs on cloud infrastructure provided by SOC 2 Type II compliant providers with redundant systems, ensuring high availability and data protection.
Access Controls
Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure only authorized users can access your assets. Multi-factor authentication is available for all accounts.

Data Isolation
Customer data is logically isolated between tenants. Each organization's video content and metadata are stored separately, ensuring that data is never shared or mixed across accounts.
Data Ownership
Customers retain full ownership of all video content and data uploaded to the SilverBridge AI platform. We do not sell, share, or use customer content for purposes other than providing the Services.
Regular Audits
We conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.
AI Processing Transparency
Uploaded video content may be processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate transcripts, topic indexing, and semantic search results. This processing occurs only within our secure infrastructure and is not used to train external AI models.
How We Handle Your Data
Video Processing
When you upload videos, they are processed in secure, isolated environments. Transcription and indexing occur within our protected infrastructure, and your original files remain encrypted throughout the process.
Data Storage
All data is stored in geographically distributed data centers with automatic failover and backup systems. We maintain multiple copies of your data to ensure durability and availability.
Data Retention
You control your data. When you delete content, it is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Upon account termination, all associated data is securely deleted.
